Background and Experience -- Cathy received her Bachelors of Arts in English from Plymouth State University, Plymouth, New Hampshire and her Masters in Health Services Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She completed a highly competitive and sought after Administrative Residency at The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and The Johns Hopkins Geriatric Center before starting her career. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who has held the positions of Administrator, Senior Administrator, Regional Director of Operations and Vice President Operations for two companies in her career; HCR ManorCare for 10 years and Laurel Health Care Company for 17 years. She has been licensed and worked in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio. Cathy has led teams to deficiency free surveys in West Virginia and Virginia and numerous company awards and recognitions. She has served on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia and Virginia Health Care Associations and currently serves on the Ohio Health Care Association.

Ms. Chiovaro is the President and Owner of Copper Elite Group, an Ohio-based LLC, providing business operations and health care consulting services since 2022.
